Vol III Issue 5 | | | | Client Success: Nancy Snedden  In the fall of 2014 I became a client and an IBD. By early January of this year, I had one house owned and rented, a second closed, and two more in process. With the slowing down of this process I am now beginning to step out of my comfort zone to build a network of other IBD's and investors, one of whom is excited about the fantastic new MAP program with the $5,500 free PSA.
So, I am really starting to see what an impact this company can have on other people's lives, as well as my own, and it is also helping me in my own life-long mission of personal growth and expansion and to see opportunity in a bigger picture. Houston hosted an amazing event this past weekend that defined "VIP." It was held at the 5-Star Hotel, where Derek and the guests were made to feel like the VIPs they are. Daryl YG launched the event by welcoming John Marshall, followed by Tracy Roberts. Both John and Tracy did a phenomenal job connecting with the crowd and getting the guests' mindset in the right place to hear all about what Strongbrook does for its clients financially. Stephen Miller represented Corporate at this epic event and gave a well-executed presentation that created great results. This 4-hour event resulted in nine new IBDs, with more on the way. We congratulate our Houston Team for their hard work and effort, and for helping us grow our Strongbrook Family! | | The "Get 3 and Yours is Free" Program is Working! Ever since the launch of this new program, we have had record numbers of people signing up for the MAP. Not only that, but 44 IBDS January qualified to receive their MAP for FREE - in our first month of this exciting new program! IBDs who earn a free monthly MAP subscription will still be considered fully "Active" in the Strongbrook Compensation plan, and therefore, eligible for all commissions, even though you won't be paying your $99 monthly subscription fee.

How it works
In any month you have 3 or more people on the MAP PSA, your MAP PSA fees will be waived the following month. For example, if you have 2 IBDs and 1 Customer on MAP in February, your $99 MAP PSA fee and your $19.95 Monthly Maintenance Fee will be waived in March. Eric Worre was the organizer of this amazing event, and he brought in an impressive cast of internationally respected entrepreneurs and motivational speakers to teach us about the value of network marketing.
Over one lunch break we spoke to a colleague who knew Debby through another network marketing company. What started out as a casual exchange of small talk soon became energized when we described our experience with Strongbrook as clients and IBDs. We had a few more conversations, and she decided to submit a Game Plan request. After talking with a Game Plan specialist, she excitedly called us to say she was ready to become a Strongbrook client and IBD! We were actually in a meeting with Kris Krohn when she called, and she was thrilled to speak with Kris for a few minutes - it was our first three-way call with her. We are delighted to have Lori and Alex Varas on our team and look forward to building a strong leg in their home state of Indiana.
