| Only 9 days Remain In Our "Free Essentials with MAP Purchase" Promotion! (Really!!) As you are probably aware, we extended our "Get a Free Essentials PSA with a MAP Purchase" promotion through the end of March in order to gather additional data. Thanks to your efforts we have added enough new MAP + Free Essentials PSA buyers to collect the information we need. Therefore, the promotion WILL DEFINITELY END at Midnight on Tuesday, March 31. Evaluation As you can imagine, giving away a $5,500 product with a $500 sale is a HUGE commitment on behalf of the company, and we need to make sure that doing so makes sense (or will make sense) in the long run, not only for the company, but for you and for the client. Here are just some of the metrics we're evaluating: - How many more (or less) MAPs were sold during the promotion period?
- How many more (or less) Empowerment PSAs were sold during the promotion period?
- How many more (or less) Elite PSAs were sold during the promotion period?
- Of the people who came in under the MAP promotion, how many were ready and willing to begin transacting on their first home?
- How many of them, upon hearing the benefits of the Empowerment and/or Elite offerings, upgraded to one of those?
What Will Happen Once It Ends? Once we have clear line-of-sight to the results we'll be able to determine whether the promotion made sense, whether it might be a good "tool-in-the-bag" to pull out and run from time to time, whether to incorporate elements of it in on a permanent basis, or whether to say, "it was a good idea to test, but it doesn't make sense to repeat." Don't delay! Take advantage of the last 9 days of the biggest promotion in our history! |
